Although you were all similarly priced, the means to the end were different: You stated that Katie would conclude treatment in 18 months, and no one else even came close to you on that time frame – they were all almost twice as long, or longer. One of the other orthodontists also proposed removing several teeth and using palate expanders. You assured me that, in Katie’s case, these measures were not necessary for perfect correction. We had both kids with Dr. Tom. Great communication and lovely staff. It is very easy to make and adjust appointments, great and safe, environment, but most of all, Dr. Tom is very professional and he definitely knows and loves what he is doing! Great experience!

I needed a bottom retainer, experience was great. Office is amazing and the staff is even greater. All the women are friendly and sweet. Dr Tom is awesome, he is great at his job and friendly. He makes the patient feel comfortable while getting work done!

Dr. Tom did such a great job with my oldest son that my second son is now a patient. What sets this office apart is that the doctor and staff are genuine with you. They are not putting on a phoney appearance. I highly recommend going with Dr. Tom's.

Dr.Tom and all his staff are friendly and welcoming! My step daughter just got her braces on, and they made her feel so special and kept her nerves at ease.
